We had amazing time in the hotel! The bed was super comfy, wide, very good bed linen. And it was so comfortable to sleep in a such quiet place full of cool air. Staff is very friendly and well-coming. Breakfast is amazing (eggs station, pancakes, delicious yogurt, some savory dishes, a big choice of veggies, ripe fruits) and located in a such nice building with a great view to a swimming pool (we couldn’t stop comparing the place with Ubud!). The hotel is located a bit aside of all activities, but you will get unbelievable quietness, there are a few places to eat around + you can eat at the restaurant. Also it’s easy to go to the old town (the gate) with Grab or red pickups, price is around 60-120 thb. One minus: we couldn’t fill our nice bathroom as a water tap was placed very strange - lots of water was going back to the pipe.. We were trying to become engineers and put a stone and a plate there but unfortunately we were not engineers and that idea didn’t work properly :)

We really enjoyed the ambiance of Rainforest Changmai Hotel. It was a bit far from city center (see cons below), which meant that it was very quiet and we woke up to the sound of birds every morning. There was a lovely pool and breakfast area. The staff were also very helpful in assisting us to book activities in and around Chiang Mai. The room was basic but comfortable, with a lovely rustic bathtub. We were able to do laundry here for much cheaper than the price offered by many other hotels.

The breakfast, cleanliness, and everyone says hello or good morning to you. It's clean, lots of character, two pools and cool beers. The room was great but we had no hot water on a couple of occasions, thinking it was solar issues but this was quickly rectified and we had a lovely time! Location is perfect if you want quiet after a night out and a good lay in the next day then thus is the one. Still local to everything. Thoroughly enjoyed!

One of my all-time favourite hotels and chose to come here again upon return to Chiang Mai. Pools and restaurant are exquisite, although dinner menu is limited the food is delicious. Breakfast is eastern and western with an egg station. A few kilometres from the main gate of old city, it'll only cost you about 50 baht for ride in. The best part is it's so quiet, you can hear birds and cicadas in room like you're in the forest.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was sufficient and accommodated most tastes, they also started slightly early on a day we had a trip booked where pickup time was breakfast start time. The hotel is far enough away from the main city that you don't have the hustle and bustle, but close enough to cost 80 baht with a bolt car to most places
